www.actsofgreenshop.me welcomes worldwide orders shipped from our origin in Thailand to more than 230 countries and regions. We endeavour to ship to as many areas as possible. If your see your location is not available for shipping, please simply contact us. We are pleased to arrange your order.
We offer 1-3 business days delivery service within Thailand for orders placed by 12 noon, weekdays. (Subject to the availability of stock. Remote areas may take longer for delivery.)
For international orders, we offer 2-21 business days delivery service, depending on your chosen shipping method. We use either Thailand Post or Kerry Logistics and its subsidiaries, who cooperate with international couriers, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT, to hand your products.
For the progress, when we ship, we will inform you the tracking code. You can see where your package is now through Track & Trace System (for code starting with E___, R___ & C___); for other codes, we shall inform you another link.
Please understand that we may not be able to deliver to a few destinations. You can check whether our delivery is available for your address at the Cart Summary page or Checkout.
The delivery charge for your order is calculated based on your amount of products ordered, shipping destination, and shipping method at the Cart summary and upon checkout. We endeavour to utilise the best couriers for your lowest shipping rate, yet qualified to our standard. Delivery charge cannot be refunded.
Note: For countries requiring custom clearance or import inspections, it may result in a longer delivery time. Although our couriers and us ensure that your order will pass this process (if any) smoothly, we cannot be absolutely certain should some situation occurred to affect the delivery. Please contact your Customs if you feel unsure before placing an order.
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and other fees occurred (if any). We realise that you would not like to pay, so we deal with our courier to ensure your lowest charges possible. However, either the courier or us cannot interfere with your country's Customs. Please deal with them using the receipt you get from us in your Email, and the copy of our Online Store. Most of the time, the Customs calculates the charges more than your items actually cost.
During festive seasons, there may be some uncontrollable delay. Please make sure that your orders are placed in well-advanced for your in-time delivery.
Advice upon Your Delivery Reception
We carefully inspect and thoroughly process the quality control before bringing to the Post by hands, but during the shipment, anything can happen beyond our control. Thus, we provide the advice in steps when your delivery arrives at your door:
Check the Package. Were there be doubtful or suspicious damage or broken seal, please take a photo for the proof of damage. You may refuse to accept the post, reasoning damaged postal transportation/delivery.
Even so, you may try to check your order inside the package first, if nothing is damaged, and the products are all correct according to your order, you may accept it.
